The Titanium Grade 2 Pipe Fittings are designed with above 98% of titanium with iron, oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen composition. These fittings have good resistance to corrosive and reducing media across treacherous conditions. Titanium Grade 2 Fittings are produced with a density of 4.51 g/cm3 and possess a melting point of 1660 degrees C. The non-magnetic fittings work well across sour service conditions. The ASTM B363 grade WPT2 grade cover fittings of seamless and welded types. They possess a minimum tensile strength of 485mpa with a minimum yield strength of 345mpa and can be elongated by 28%.  ASTM B363 WPT2 buttweld fittings possess superior strength and ensure a leak-proof sealing. Designed with a hardness between 160 to 200HV they have an elastic modulus between 105 to 120Gpa. These fittings work well across high pressure and temperature conditions.

Grade 7 titanium tube fittings alloy (T-0.2P.)is an a-type titanium alloy made by adding a small amount of precious metal Pd to industrial pure titanium. The addition of Pd not only significantly improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy in reducing media, but also improves Its corrosion resistance in oxidizing media. Among the various chloride-containing media with high temperature and high concentration, the crevice corrosion resistance of grade 7 titanium alloy is the best. Gr7 also has various properties similar to the various grades of industrial pure titanium, so the alloy is widely used in the chemical industry, especially in the petrochemical sector. Since the addition of Pd increases the cost of titanium, Gr7 is selected when industrial pure titanium cannot meet the requirements of use. The main products of grade 7 titanium alloy are plates, bars, pipes, forgings and wires.
